When and if there is ever an issue or a mistake regarding your policy, we will make the appropriate corrections as quickly and efficiently as possible.

It is quite simple, the customer is our livelihood, the client can make or break any size business and many companies seem to forget that. Often times the customer is taken for granted or often times seen as an annoyance to the account managers, not at CIS.
